The Birth of Need for Rocks (NFR): Unearthing Talent for a Better World

In the depths of the ocean and the heart of the earth, a revolution was brewing. It wasn’t about tectonic shifts or underwater volcanoes, but rather a seismic change in how industries approached their most valuable resource: people.

The year was 2017, and a diverse group of visionaries from across the globe found themselves at an international conference on sustainable resource management. Among them were Maria, a subsea engineer with a passion for marine conservation; Steve, a technology expert with dreams of greener extraction methods; Dr. Aisha, a robotics specialist fascinated by the potential of underwater drones; Captain Robert, a maritime logistics guru; and Julia, an HR maverick known for her ability to spot and nurture talent in the most unexpected places.
